This approach allows you to make much more intentional decisions and, most importantly, prevents you from ending up with a collection of beautiful individual choices that do not create a cohesive whole.

Before booking anything, take a step back and define:
What kind of experience do we want to create?
How many guests do we genuinely want to invite?
Which part of Italy best represents our vision?
What are our three main priorities?
What is our overall investment?
How flexible are we with the date and season?
How much time do we have to plan the wedding?
Which parts of the planning process do we want to handle ourselves, and which would we rather entrust to a professional?
These answers provide a much stronger foundation than simply starting to search for a venue on Google or Instagram.
They also help ensure that every decision made afterwards supports the same overall vision.
A well-planned destination wedding does not have to feel complicated
Planning an international wedding inevitably involves many different elements.
But that does not mean the process needs to feel complicated for the couple.
