Every couple arrives with an idea, an atmosphere, a feeling they want their guests to experience.
My role is to transform that feeling into a real project.
To do so, several factors play a significant role:

A wedding with 100 guests in a private Italian villa, with guests traveling from different countries and a weekend structured around a welcome dinner, wedding day and farewell brunch, is a complex project.
It requires coordination, time, an experienced team and a clear direction.
It is not simply a celebration.
It is a production.
And for everything to feel natural and effortless, a deep level of planning must happen behind the scenes.
The dimension of the investment
Over the years I have chosen to take on a limited number of weddings each season, so that every project receives the attention it deserves.
Planning a wedding in Italy, especially when guests are travelling from different countries, requires time, coordination and a clear vision.
The weddings I project in Italy, typically with 90–130 guests, usually fall within a total wedding investment range of €50,000 to €120,000.
​This is the scale that allows a wedding in Italy to be designed with the level of quality, team and attention to detail that defines my work.
More elaborate celebrations, multi-day events or highly customized productions may exceed this range.
This is the scale that allows me to work calmly and thoughtfully, ensuring quality, coherence and a truly seamless experience.
It is not about luxury for its own sake.
It is about balance between vision, expectations and the operational reality of creating a wedding.

I work as an independent consultant and project director, guiding the entire process from the first ideas to the final celebration.

My work is structured as the project direction of the entire wedding — a strategic guidance that supports every phase, from budget structure to vendor selection and event coordination.

The Project Direction Fee generally starts from €3.500 / €4.000, depending on the complexity of the project and the level of involvement required.

It means investing wisely, with intention and coherence.
And over time, that makes all the difference.
