What Alberto & Magdalena say about me

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Federica as our wedding planner, who has helped us to realise our vision for the wedding and make it not only an unforgettable experience, but to perfect it and truly bring it up to the level of a fun fairytale. It was a dream come true not only for the two of us, but even described as such by our family and friends!

One of the most remarkable traits of Federica was her ability to work well with different cultures and personalities. From the outset, Federica took the time to get to know us as a couple, as well as each of us as individuals. We were a bride and groom coming from different countries (living in another country), with different cultures and most notably, distinctly different characters, paying attention to diverse elements/topics. Federica navigated our differences with fascination, interest, genuine care and professionalism, creating the most beautifully blended wedding that perfectly reflected both of us! Federica wanted to understand our vision and preferences, while having no reservations about presenting a different well-reasoned view, what we also truly appreciated.

Federica was always prompt in her responses, punctual and reliable. We felt comfortable reaching out to her at any time, knowing that she would always be there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Federica’s enthusiasm and passion for her work shone through in every interaction.

Federica also demonstrated great organisational skills. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, she handled any challenges that arose.

At our first meeting, Federica emphasised the significance of trust in building a successful partnership, and now, looking back on our wedding journey, I couldn't agree more. As a perfectionist who had dreams of a magical wedding celebration since childhood, I had many intricate details in mind, and trusting someone else to bring them to life was a big step for me. However, Federica listened patiently, taking note of every aspect that was dear to my heart, and executed them with precision. Both of us, as well as our guests were in awe of the touching ceremony and the lively reception with the breathtaking setup reflecting our personalities and love story. Amidst the dazzle of decor and complex planning, we didn't lose sight of what mattered the most - creating a joyous, loving and celebratory environment for us and our guests. We keep hearing how much fun our family and friends had and how memorable the entire experience was for them too.

Federica’s ability to balance competence with a warm, friendly demeanour made her not just a wedding planner, but also a friend.

It was evident that Federica poured her heart into making our wedding day unique and special, and her dedication was truly heartwarming. We will forever cherish the beautiful memories of our wedding day, and it wouldn't have been the same without Federica’s expertise and dedication. Thank you, Federica, for making our special day absolutely perfect!
