Two months have passed since that wonderful afternoon.
We turned to Federica because from the first phone call we perceived empathy, enthusiasm, emotion and joy (is this why it's called JoyWedding?).
We felt so much joy and happiness during our party. The key words for us were intimacy, love and "tailor-made". We wanted to remove the superfluous but we were afraid that it wouldn't be as beautiful as we deserved, which is why Federica was fundamental. She imagined with us and guided us in our choices. The setting of that intimate day of love exceeded all expectations.
Furthermore, having experienced the organization by reflection, dealing "only" with the choice of suppliers, without entering into the actual organizational mechanisms meant that we could experience the approach of that day with relative lightheartedness.

After an initial call with Federica we appreciated her friendliness, openess but most of all her directness in helping give us some guidance in the initial planning of our wedding. It can be overwhelming to start as there are many elements to consider and Federica helped us through it all. She gave us the peace of mind by giving us options to consider and took away much of the stress when we had questions or had ideas which we needed to run by her or vendors. When all the planning is done and the day is there it is very calming knowing you have someone like Federica and her team can deal with all the details on the day and you and your guests can enjoy it that little bit more.

We booked Federica's wedding coordinator package and we are really happy with our choice! Federica was very proactive in the weeks before the wedding collecting all the information and make detailed plans for the day, this made us feel like everything was in control which made us relaxed. On the wedding day Federica was extremely professional and friendly, she made sure all of the guests, including my very old grandfather, were comfortable and happy. She also put out the decorations we had prepared for the tables and she organised all the suppliers so the whole day went smoothly. We could feel totally relaxed because we could trust Federica had everything in control, we would definitely recommend!
When I met Federica for the first time it was over a video call, unfortunately living abroad I had no way to choose my future Wedding Planner in person and always giving great value to sensations I was a little worried about not making the right choice online. After our informative chat, however, I no longer had any doubts, what I was looking for was her! As a person who is not at all organized and a little slow in decision-making processes, I needed a "German general" who would put everyone in line, not only the various suppliers but also the bride 😬 Apart from these organizational skills (certainly indispensable) Federica impressed me because she has always shown herself for what she is, a woman with a big, pure and sincere heart. I was lucky enough to have met not only a Planner but a friend with whom I could share all the emotions of organizing the wedding.
The wedding day for the bride and groom is full of emotions that we could barely concentrate on ourselves, let alone if we could manage the guests, catering, band and everything else.

Fede was able to make every desire possible. We chose her at first sight, without knowing each other yet but we couldn't have made a better choice! She is a precise, fussy, punctual, elegant and never banal person. She made a dream day come true! ❤️ she always offered us contacts that in some way reflected our needs... so even the choice of photographer, caterer and florist were really easy. We already had the location, which Fede didn't know, but the result was fantastic!
We were able to enjoy our day without having any worries, we knew that our wedding had everything under control, we were sure that there would be no hitches.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Federica as our wedding planner, who has helped us to realise our vision for the wedding and make it not only an unforgettable experience, but to perfect it and truly bring it up to the level of a fun fairytale. It was a dream come true not only for the two of us, but even described as such by our family and friends!
One of the most remarkable traits of Federica was her ability to work well with different cultures and personalities. From the outset, Federica took the time to get to know us as a couple, as well as each of us as individuals. As a Belgian couple, we obviously needed some help in organizing our wedding in Italy (Marche region). We got in touch with Federica (Joy Wedding Planner) and from the first minute we were convinced by her expertise. Throughout the several months before our wedding, we had a very close collaboration. The way Federica helps you in preparing the wedding is extremely professional: She works in a very structured and detailed way; she always keeps the budget in mind; she knows the places and local suppliers; etc. Not only is her way of working very organized, she takes the lead in all steps while giving full control over decisions. On the wedding day, you don't have to worry about nothing. Federica is there to coordinate everything (even if there are a lot of things to be done at the same time). Besides she is genuinely concerned on emotional level with the bride and the groom, which really helps in calming down the nerves. We truly recommend Federica as wedding planner. Well, what can we say about the brilliant Federica?! She has been the most wonderful wedding planner we could have asked for. As 2 busy Americans planning a destination wedding for over 75 guests from multiple countries in a small town in Italy, we felt that the best decision we made was hiring Federica as our planner. So lucky meet Federica, even if from a distance. Thanks to the proposed means (excellent Aisle Planner) we seemed to have her next to us, with her enthusiasm, her affection and with her advice.
Albeit in a very short time, she and her wonderful referent in Greece Giusi helped us to realize our fairytale wedding. Giusi and her husband Elias were with us during the ceremony, organized in detail with the precious help of Federica, and managed to create a perfect atmosphere. We were taken by the hand and led into a dream with the view of the Imeravigli as the background, the ritual that involved our family was exciting, the music, the cake, the photographer exactly as we would have liked. There was not a discordant note.

It has been 2 years since I contacted Federica for the first time.
We were in the pre covid era when we started planning the first Racing Wedding in history!
I found her by chance doing a generic search on the internet and, when I read that she was a Roman transplanted in Romagna, I immediately felt sympathy!
