MODERN WEDDING VENUE FOR A BESPOKE WEDDING

Last Sunday I posted one photo on Instagram and an ig story relating to the inspection I did the day before at the Tenuta Biodinamica Mara in San Clemente, province of Rimini (Romagna, Italy).
If you don't know it, I wholeheartedly recommend you plan a visit: Tenuta Biodinamica Mara is an unmissable location in Romagna! Perfect for a modern and refined wedding that stimulates all the senses.
And I'll tell you now why.
SITE INSPECTION AT THE WEDDING VENUE
I already know the estate, it's not the first inspection I've done, but the other day I was there to illustrate the location to the Floral Designer Valentina Battistini that next year a couple of mine will follow for the floral arrangement in this very location.
The one at Tenuta Biodinamica Mara was a type 1 technical inspection (I named it this way to distinguish it from the type 2 technical inspection that I do with the other categories of suppliers involved e.g. photographer, videomaker, DJ, etc.) and that is the inspection done together with Floral Designer and Wedding Designer (in this case, Veronica Calbucci - Wedding Designer). I will talk to you about the distinction between the various types of inspections in another post.
The Tenuta Biodinamica Mara has been in my heart since December 2018, that is when I visited it for the first time.
I discovered it almost by chance, while I was looking for a location for one of my couples (if you don't know how this complex activity works see my post on the venues scouting). I was looking for something different from the classic villas, something special, something I had never seen, at least here in the area, in the Rimini area. And then suddenly, just 10 minutes from Cattolica, there it is: on the hills of San Clemente, a very small municipality in the Province of Rimini with just over 6,000 inhabitants.
HISTORY OF TENUTA BIODINAMICA MARA
The estate was founded in 2000 from an ambitious and at the same time romantic idea of Giordano Emendatori, an illustrious entrepreneur from Romagna, as well as Cavaliere della Repubblica Italiana.
Emendatori decides to follow a dream: to design and build a biodynamic Italian vine estate rigorously cultivated following the dictates of biodynamic agriculture. He names the estate after his wife Mara, the one who is his support in all the adventures of his life. As well as MaraMia, a rich, soft and elegant red wine made from Sangiovese grapes.
When I went to visit the location for the first time the day was wonderful, clear, certainly cold (it was December 5, 2018!), but the air was crisp and the warm welcome of the location manager, Maria Angela Criscuolo, contributed to make the inspection very pleasant and interesting.
Maria Angela told me the whole story of the location (which you can read directly on web site of Tenuta) accompanied by Mozartian notes spread along the rows of the location. A soundtrack that undoubtedly cheers the visitor throughout the entire journey, both outside, among the vineyards and green areas, and inside.
ITALIAN WEDDING VENUE FOR A MODERN WEDDING
The location is full of modern elements, colours, sounds and scents.
It is equipped with a room with beautiful windows that allow your gaze to sweep across the entire valley: on nice days you can see the Adriatic Sea and all the surrounding hinterland... I tell you, a panorama that will take your breath away! The room has a splendid piano inside which, when necessary, plays independently.
Inside the central body and under the glass room there are the reception area, meeting rooms and the wonderful Bottaia where music reigns supreme here too with Gregorian chants.
LUXURY ROOM AND SPA
For guests who wish, there is also a relais,Tenuta Mara Relais, a luxurious relais with only 4 "rooms". Each room is dedicated to an Italian city, Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan. One different from the other, with artistic elements that recall the city to which it is dedicated and innovative technological equipment. My favourite? Venice, very large and with large windows overlooking the estate. A spa with outdoor and indoor swimming pool are the icing on the cake.
In short, a perfect solution for the wedding night!

The Tenuta Biodinamica Mara is a perfect location for an intimate, elegant and refined wedding, for no more than 90 people. The kitchen is internal, managed by a chef who offers gourmet dishes that are a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
And I'll stop here. Because it's difficult to explain, to really make people understand what you feel when you get here. The location must be seen, it must be experienced personally. I consider it an enchanted place, a unique jewel of my Romagna.
